Spageti ada kaki lipas: Pensyarah dibayar RM55,000

PUTRAJAYA — Mahkamah Rayuan hari ini mengekalkan keputusan Mahkamah Sesyen memerintahkan Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn. Bhd. membayar ganti rugi RM55,000 kepada penyarah kolej swasta yang sakit selepas menikmati hidangan ”spageti bolognese” yang mengandungi kaki lipas.
Panel tiga hakim Mahkamah Rayuan membuat keputusan sebulat suara, menolak permohonan syarikat itu untuk kebenaran bagi merayu di Mahkamah Rayuan berhubung keputusan Mahkamah Sesyen Shah Alam.
Presiden Mahkamah Rayuan Tan Sri Md. Raus Shariff yang mengetuai korum itu bersama dua Hakim Mahkamah Rayuan terdiri daripada Datuk Aziah Ali dan Anantham Kasinater juga memerintahkan restoran segera itu membayar RM3,000 sebagai kos.
Anantham berkata, perintah ganti rugi RM55,000 kepada Goh Sze Ching itu membuktikan Mahkamah Sesyen menghantar isyarat yang jelas kepada restoran makanan segera supaya sentiasa menjaga kebersihan makanan.
Md. Rais berkata, “Ia adalah untuk kebaikan masyarakat.” — BERNAMA

    Have you ever considered about including a little bit more than
    just your articles? I mean, what you say is important
    and all. But think about if you added some great photos or video
